Blue Bottle is an established coffee house with locations across the United States, Japan and Korea. This year, the company wants to expand to a new location in Toronto to bring a local and unique user experience into its new home at 122 Bond Street.

Their mission is to bring the most delicious and sustainable coffee beans they have found by working with local farmers around the world over the last 15 years. They believe it’s a privilege to deliver the coffees they love, by farmers they admire, into the hands and homes of their customers.

They plan to roast them to their exacting flavour standards and serve them to their customers in a friendly and welcoming environment. Also, they will offer a variety of baked products, pre-made lunches, and other hot and cold beverages. It will be an appealing gathering place as it is centrally located for staff and students from Toronto Metropolitan University.
