The IRN 301 Final Project was the redesign of a given building, mine was 100 Jarvis St, Fort Erie. We were tasked to redesign the given building to fit the new shop owners needs. The new shop owner that was going to be occupying the space had certain criteria and meeting the needs with the restriction of the building was the challenge and final goal. This final project is a complication of all the work done during the semester, including: beginning light studies, learning the space, precedents, all different types of plans, section, cite, elevation, etc, and finally some renderings.
