The entire installation is meant to be a landmark for the city. There is a skating rink at the bottom, and the transparent elevator also allows visitors to go up to overlook the city. The X-shaped lighting consists of three layers, with the size decreasing from the bottom to the top to create movement. Some X-shaped lights are placed randomly under the skating rink, creating an illusion between the reflection of the light above and the actual lighting below.
