This design proposal for Unity Charity transforms two floors of 158 Sterling Road into a community hub for youth and mentors. A space that teaches, showcases, and celebrates hip-art forms to bring people together and provide them with opportunities from Unity’s organization. Community-driven flexible spaces were required to host day-to-day workshops, meetings, and larger scale exhibitions and performances. Connections were created through the use of double height spaces, emphasizing key programs and bringing people together to those areas.
