Challenging the standards of temporary lodging design, Sprinkle reimagines the Haven Motel in Fort Erie as a buzzing community hostel sprinkled with modular spaces and furnishings. The modules are arranged at random, playfully interacting with each other to create moments of privacy in a space that encourages one to wander. To nurture the comfort of the inhabitants, 180 degree rotating panels become an important feature to block off passageways when needed. Simple in its elements, but compelling and complex in its arrangement, Sprinkle is a community space that provides an exciting experience for any visitor.
