A wall-mounted pendant task lamp is designed to delicately float above you while providing soft and diffused lighting to your workspace below. The translucent fabric of the double-wall lampshade allows for the fixture to glow with a diffused light which further gives the impression of a free-standing illuminating light source, independently hovering over-head. This luminaire provides constant down lighting which allows for less adjusting as it can hold a fixed spanning position to illuminate desired parts across the workspace as controlled by the user. The design is meant to bring efficiency to the workspace while freeing up desk space. Ease of adjustability in the seated position is also made possible with a retractable lever arm mechanism.
